ACT WorkKeys Interruption of Services

OKCRC Site Administrators,

On February 11, ACT experienced interruption of WorkKeys services.  If you were testing clients/students during this time and were unable to re-enter the assessment within 1 hour, please complete the WorkKeys Internet Version Refund Request Form, (the 4th link under WorkKeys Internet Version Testing).

Email the form to the OKCRC coordinator at susan.kuzmic@careertech.ok.gov.  The invoice number will be added to the form and sent to ACT for credit.
