ACT WorkKeys Interruption of Service, January 9
We have been notified of WorkKeys service delivery interruptions intermittently from ACT WorkKeys on January 9 and they do not have an estimated time for restoring full service. Some sites have notified me of assessments that froze up and were not able to be re-entered within the 1 hour time frame to continue the assessment. If your site experienced WorkKeys assesssment delivery problems during this time frame, please complete WorkKeys Test Credit Refund Form located on the Site Coordinators web page under Downloads and submit electronically to Susan Kuzmic, email@example.com or by snail mail to Susan Kuzmic, CRC State Coordinator, Oklahoma Department of CareerTech, 7301 W. Reno Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73127. I will complete the invoice number and submit to ACT for credit. Contact me with questions.
